At MDTA STARS, we’re committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inspiring environment for all dancers and twirlers. Please review the following expectations to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
👗 Dress Code
Ballet students
-Leotard, tights and proper ballet shoes
-Hair should be pulled back and secured away from the face
All other students
-Form fitting attire: spandex shorts, yoga pants, plain tank tops
-Avoid lose or restrictive clothes: jeans, sweatshorts

🕒 Class Expectations
Arrive 5–10 minutes early, dressed and ready to dance or twirl.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Check in at the front desk if you have any questions.
All students must be ready to begin when class starts.
Classes are closed to observers. Parents are encouraged to attend the last 5 minutes to view progress, hear announcements, and receive handouts.
🤝 Studio Etiquette
Show respect to instructors, classmates, and studio space.
No laughing, teasing, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
All dancers and twirlers must act appropriately during class time.
Parents and students are expected to treat MDTA staff with courtesy and respect.
MDTA STARS Inc. reserves the right to refuse service.
🧼 Studio Guidelines
Students must wait quietly in the lobby until their class begins—no running or playing.
Help us keep the studio clean by picking up after yourself.
MDTA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
